Any Visits or Purchases comply with our terms and conditions

No Show

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we must have at least 24 hours notice. Any appointment missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed for the appointment in full. We require you to provide a credit card or use the credit card on file below with the authorization to bill that account for the missed visit. New patients that do not call to cancel will not be rebooked under any circumstances.

Personal Information

Apple A Day Clinic does not collect or share any of your personal information.  We do not store your payment information.

Returns

Visits and visit packages are not refundable for any reason.  Once retail items have left our premise, they cannot be returned for any reason.

Shipping

Every effort is made to ship orders within 24 hours.  If this is not possible, you will be contacted and offered a substitute or a refund if necessary.
