I hear about there's no benefit taking multi vitamins all the time.  I may not be a scientist but I do know my body.  I am healthier and more energetic today than I was 20 years ago and the only different thing happening is I have been taking vitamins for the past 20 years.  It seems to me the natural progression would be to deteriorate as you age but the opposite has happened to me.  The proof of the pudding is in the eating.  I'm a believer!
