Ocu-Clear AREDS 1 Formula by Thorne Research is named after the National Eye Institute's Age Related Eye Disease Study (AREDS) and consists of the same general nutrients and quantities used in the study:
- Beta-carotene equivalent to 25,000 IU vitamin A
- Vitamin C 500 mg
- Vitamin E 400 IU
- Zinc 80 mg
- Copper 2 mg
The combination of antioxidant vitamins, minerals, and carotenes provided in Ocu-Clear AREDS 1 Formula has been shown to support vision and promote eye health.
Two Capsules Contain:
Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) 25,000 IU
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 500 mg
Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 400 IU
Zinc (as Zinc Citrate) 80 mg
Copper (as Copper Citrate) 2 mg
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule.
Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your eye-care practitioner.
