1.  Investigate your benefits package....if clinical nutrition, dietetics, naturopathy or acupuncture are specifically excluded nothing can be done.

2. Get a written MD referral from your primary care physician. Note: this will only work if you benefits that cover specific diagnoses, such as: Clinical nutrition for high cholesterol.

3. Submit your yellow superbill with a copy of your insurance card to the claims address on your card.

4. If you are unable to get reimbursed, speak to your accountant about writing your treatment costs off on your income tax.
