Why are allergies on the Rise?
Chances are, you a family member, or a co-worker, suffers from chronic allergies. Studies show that the sumber of adults and children with chronic allergies has increased exponentially. A study conducted by the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology found that almost 40% of the 1,000 people polled had allergies like: Hayfever. So What's the Cause??
Four theories may reveal a cause. These include: Hygiene, where young children are less exposed to germs necessary to provide a strong immune system. Air pollution, and closed environments, where, constant irritation to the cells lining the nasal passages, sinuses and lungs leads to increased sensitivity to airborn allergens, overuse of antibiotics which disrupts the normal intestinal ecology, and triggers immune or allergy problems, as related to food or environmental toxins, and lastly refined foods, which deplete the immune system and excaberate inflammation within the body.

I prefer to establish the cause wherever possible prior to treatment, with respect to the above aforementioned causes. Identification of allergens, intestinal imbalances, and/or immune system irregularities makes it possible to dramatically reduce and even eliminate allergy symptoms...over TIME.
Natural remedies for allergy management are abundant and best matched to the individual patient. Dietary changes which eliminate or rotate problematic foods are key, other foods that decrease inflammation should be tailored to the patient also resolving nutritional deficiencies which tend to be significant in the allerfy patient. Supplements like: vitamin C, grape seed extract, quercitin, hesperidin, mullein, nettle herb, and pure salmon oil can be helpful. Chinese herbs such as: Bi Yan Pian, astragulus, and mushroom extracts can be very helpful in balancing the immune system.
Environmental strategies designed to reduce irritation are: nasal irrigation, decreased exposure to mold, dust mites, pollen, dander, negative ion generators, and stress reduction via acupuncture can dramatically balance the immune system.

Few non-health professionals realize that bone tissue is actively living tissue which is constantly being broken down and then built up again. Ipriflavone, a substance from soy, increases the activity of osteoblasts, the cells that form new bone. Ipriflavone does not raise estrogen levels.
Clinical studies over the past fifteen years support its safety and effectiveness. While not all studies have shown a benefit, over 150 studies during that time frame lend support to its use. Also, its safety, overall and as compared to drug therapy is far superior.
